Korniche Flat Lite is the framed version of the Korniche range — a single pane of high‑spec glazing held in a slim anodised aluminium frame, engineered for flat roofs and low‑pitch extensions. The frame is visible from inside only as a thin line; from outside it is almost invisible against dark membrane roofing.
Unlike cheaper framed skylights, the Flat Lite uses Korniche’s structural technology — no ugly internal metalwork, no condensation channels visible from below, no fussy reveals. Just glass.
Fixed, but never boring.
A fixed rooflight is the right call when you want maximum light without the cost or complication of an opening unit. It is the default specification for corridors, stairwells, utility rooms, bathrooms (over a shower is stunning), and any extension where ventilation is already handled by side windows.
Self‑cleaning low‑iron solar control glass as standard — stays clearer for longer, blocks UV, reduces heat gain in summer. Can be specified up to 3m × 2m in a single panel.

Korniche Flat Lite framed rooflight. Slim‑sightline anodised aluminium frame. Glazed with 28mm warm‑edge insulated unit — toughened inner, toughened‑laminated outer as standard. Self‑cleaning, solar‑control, low‑iron glass standard. Thermally broken frame. Whole‑system U‑value 1.0 W/m²K. Wind load rated 1700Pa.
Fixed rectangular or square. Max single panel 3m × 2m. Recommended pitch 5°–15° for flat roof installation. Can be specified in continuous runs to create lightwell effects. Colour: matt black, anthracite grey, white, or any RAL powder coat.
