Who we share it with
We share personal information only where we need to:
- Pipedrive — the customer record system where we keep enquiries and orders.
- Surveyors, fitters and manufacturers working on your job, who receive only what they need to carry out the work.
- Google and Meta — advertising and measurement, and only if you accept advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
- FENSA — where replacement windows or doors must be registered under Building Regulations.
- Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our suppliers, including Google and Meta, process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the UK Government's adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing;
- transfer it to another provider, where that applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
