Tilt the sash inward for secure, draught-free trickle ventilation — or rotate it a full 180° for complete unrestricted opening. Both positions operate from a single handle, which means no second frame, no second hinge set, and no awkward reach over a kitchen sink or stairwell.
Our 70mm Liniar platform carries a patented bubble gasket and four‑chambered symmetrical profile — giving a U-value as low as 0.85 whole‑window (0.93 triple glazed, 1.3 double glazed), PAS 24 enhanced security as standard, and acoustic attenuation up to 37dB. Fire escape compliant when specified, so it can serve as a means of escape on upper floors.

Tilt & turn is the default window across most of mainland Europe for a reason: it cleans from the inside. No ladders, no leaning out, no paying a cleaner twice a year. For first‑floor flats, stairwell windows, and anywhere safety over an opening casement matters — it is the quietly sensible choice.
Multi‑point shootbolt locking engages at up to eight points around the frame. Mushroom‑head cams bite into hardened keeps. Internally‑beaded glass cannot be removed from outside. It is the quietest, safest window we fit.

Liniar 70mm four‑chambered symmetrical profile with patented bubble gasket. Internally beaded, glazed with either 28mm double or 36/40mm triple warm‑edge insulated units. Concealed high‑security tilt‑before‑turn gearing with multi‑point shootbolt locking. Steel reinforced where structurally required. BS EN 12608‑1 certified. Part Q compliant and Secured by Design accredited. Certified to BS 6375 Parts 1 & 2 for weather performance.
Available as single sash, side‑by‑side pairs, mullioned multi‑light frames, or combined with fixed lights and transoms. Handle options include standalone, lockable (key operated), child‑restrictor, and restricted‑opening limiters. Can be configured as fire escape compliant (egress) or as a restrictor unit for upper floors and schools.
