Supply-only, or supply and fit

Supply-only orders are available. If you have your own fitting team and you want the units and nothing else, that is a normal order here rather than a favour.

Where we fit, the installation carries its own guarantee: 10 years on the product and 10 years on the installation, with an insurance-backed warranty behind both and a FENSA certificate where required.

Lead times you can put on a programme

Production is 6 to 8 weeks from sign-off. Everything is manufactured in-house, which is the reason that figure holds: there is no third-party factory between your programme and the units.

Production starts only after the drawings are signed off. Drawings cover opening configurations, sill placements, glass options, colours and handle choices, so what you approve is what arrives.

Quotes and terms

A trade account quote is valid 7 days, against 30 days for a retail one. The shorter window is a function of material pricing rather than pressure; if it lapses, ask and we will re-issue.

Orders are confirmed with 20% of the total project value. The product balance falls due 7 days before installation.

Survey and site

Tell us 1 to 2 weeks before the openings are ready and our Project Manager and Designer will survey together. A second visit, if the openings turn out not to be ready, is £350, and we ask for 48 hours notice to move a booked survey.

Referrals

If you pass work our way, there is a referral reward of up to £500 depending on the size of the project.
