APX Flush Casement.
Aluminium Window
(Scroll Down to Explore)
One plane. No interruption.
The flush variant of the Cortizo Cor 70 system hides the opening sash entirely inside the outer frame profile. From outside, a closed window reads as a single continuous plane of aluminium and glass — no lip, no shadow line, no visual distinction between fixed lights and opening vents.
For contemporary architecture — flat‑roof extensions, minimalist new builds, rear elevations on modernised Victorians — this is the cleanest possible expression of a functional opening window.
Concealed. Everything.
Standard aluminium casements have visible hinges and a protruding handle. The flush system hides the hinges inside the frame rebate and uses a flush‑mounted espagnolette handle that sits level with the sash face. From closed position, there is essentially nothing to see but glass and a thin dark reveal.
Ideal for properties where the architect has specified uninterrupted glazing planes, or anywhere the client simply does not want hardware visible from the garden.
