Steel-Look Partitions
(Scroll Down to Explore)
Divide without losing light.
Internal steel‑look partitions have become one of the most‑specified interior details of the last decade. They allow you to divide an open‑plan space into zones — kitchen from dining, living room from hallway, study from bedroom — without losing any of the daylight or the sense of connection between them.
Smart Systems Aluspace Internal is an aluminium version of the classic Crittall steel partition. Narrow matt‑black framing, single glazing, Georgian bar options, and optional pivot or sliding doors built into the same system.
Kitchen screens. Study walls. Boot rooms.
The most common specification: a screen dividing the kitchen from the dining/living area in an open‑plan rear extension, with a pair of pivot doors in the middle. Closed, it contains cooking smells and noise. Open, it is invisible.
Other popular installations: partitioning a home study from the hallway, screening a boot room from the open‑plan entry, or creating a hotel‑style ensuite bathroom within a master suite. Can be specified with frosted, reeded, or clear glass depending on privacy needs.
