Aluminium Bifold Door
(Scroll Down to Explore)
The slimmest bifold on the market.
X‑Fold 120 is our flagship bifold door — engineered specifically to deliver the narrowest sightlines currently available on a PAS 24 secure, thermally broken aluminium system. The vertical interlock between panels is just 120mm, compared to 180–200mm on most standard bifolds. Over a 5‑leaf door, that is an extra half metre of visible glass.
The difference is visible instantly. Folded closed, the door reads as a sequence of full glass panels with hairline divisions, not the ladder of thick aluminium frames most bifolds produce.
Flush threshold. Weather-tight.
A flush (level‑access) threshold lets you roll a wheelchair straight through, lose the visible trip‑hazard step, and create a seamless indoor‑to‑outdoor transition when the door is open. Most bifold systems compromise weather‑tightness when you specify this — X‑Fold 120 does not. We use a four‑level drainage channel under the threshold that routes water away without a visible lip.
2 to 7 leaf configurations. Left, right, or split opening. Traffic door option so you don’t have to fold the whole set every time you walk through.
