Twickenham: ten designations, one register
Twickenham is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The borough has 85 conservation areas and publishes around 118 street-level Article 4 directions covering roughly 1,891 properties; the council lists "new doors and windows" among the works those directions catch.
Coverage is not uniform. Richmond states that some directions may only cover certain parts of a conservation area and may be limited to certain works. So a Twickenham Green address may be caught while a neighbouring street inside the same conservation area is not.
