Is there a "New Malden Heritage Quarter"?
No. That name does not appear anywhere in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames' designations. The conservation areas in and around KT3 are Presburg Road, Fishponds Park, Old Malden (St John's and Plough Green), and the Coombe designations to the north.
How big are the New Malden conservation areas?
