Fencing. Kingston made the Seething Wells Filter Beds direction on 23 October 2020 and confirmed it permanently on 14 April 2021; it removes the right to erect fencing, gates and other means of enclosure. It has nothing to do with windows or doors.
Are Berrylands and Ewell Road conservation areas?
