Is St George's Hill a conservation area?
No. It is a private estate. Oatlands is on the Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade II and appears in Elmbridge's design guidance as a mixed-use sub-area, but there is no Oatlands Village conservation area. The Weybridge designations are Weybridge (Town Centre), Weybridge (Monument Green), Templemere, Brooklands and Wey Navigation.
Do I need planning permission for windows in Weybridge?
